Programs
The benefits of equine-assisted programs have far-reaching effects on the lives of those that participate in them. Our programs are based on each individual’s goals and needs and our usual and customary fee for equine-assisted services is $225.00 per session.
Life Skill and Development Support

Our program supports participants in numerous ways. Lessons build confidence and independence, while improving both verbal and nonverbal communication skills. The natural therapeutic power of horsemanship brings joy and healing to those who need it most, fostering strengths that improve every area of our participants lives.
Equine- Assisted Learning

Equine assisted activities include mounted and unmounted lessons for individuals with disabilities. Interactions with horses allow participants to explore their environment and gain new life skills. Some of the additional benefits families have seen with our participants include development of strong work ethics through dedication, time and effort of caring for horses. Fostering of resilience, self esteem and confidence, improved verbal and non verbal communication, and enhanced self awareness, assists them in overcoming challenges in and out of the barn.
Therapeutic Horsemanship

All lessons are supervised by a riding instructor with a Path Intl. CTRI certification. While the instructor is not a therapist, we have seen successes that defy any disability, even when traditional avenues of therapy have been unsuccessful. The goal of teaching riding skills and caring for horses is to use the natural therapeutic benefits of the horse to achieve a rider's life goals and contribute positively to their cognitive, physical, emotional, and social well-being.
